Expedice Pašinka 2016
Ahoj - pokud čteš tyto řádky, dostal jsi se do našeho týmu. Přípravné práce jsou v plném proudu - vyřizujeme zásoby a povolení k pobytu a výstupu na vrcholky plánovaných hor.
Opět se utáboříme v basecampu (základní tábor) a pokusíme vystoupit několikrát na vrchol skály u Kohoutova mlýna, možná se i přesuneme na jiné skály či projekty.
A opět se prověří tvé schopnosti přežití v divočině. Jistě zažiješ spousty zážitků, příhod a zase se něco nového naučíš.
Sraz bude v Sobotu 9. Června 2016 ve 14:00 v Polepech na zastávce viz MAPA
S sebou na cestu Džunglí do základního tábora se ti hodí následující věci:
Malý batůžek
delší kalhoty či triko na prostup džunglí
pití v PET lahvi max 1 - 1,5l a svačinu na cestu do základního tábora
repelent proti komárům, klíšťatům a jiné havěti - doporučujeme nanést na sebe před odchodem,
kartička pojištěnce + telefonní číslo na rodiče + soupis alergií či zdravotního omezení a léky.
Mobilní telefon tablet atd.. je zakázán - způsobuje nespavost a narušuje morálku tábora.
Telefonní spojení bude zajištěno na a od vedoucích tábora.
K šerpům jenž půjdou napřed a založí basecamp naložíme zbytek tvého vybavení :
Vlastní lezecké vybavení je jistě výhodou.
Karimatka, spacák, stan (do dvojice či trojice - raději ho vezměte s sebou - při předávání dětí ho maximálně povezete zpět)
Čelovka - plně nabitá či s náhradní baterií.
Ešus hliníkový či nerez - dvoudílný (dvě nádoby s víčkem) + příbor, utěrka.
PET láhev na pití (1 - 1,5L)
Repelent jenž použiješ před výpravou do tábora
Opalovací krém s dostatečným faktorem,
Zubní kartáček + pastu, toaletní papír, mýdlo tuhé nebo tekuté v cestovním balení.
Ponožky a spodní prádlo na 8 dní
plavky + potápěčské nebo plavecké brýle (kdo má)
2x tričko
2x tílko
2x kraťasy
2x tepláky
2x mikina bunda (popř. svetr)
malý ručník a osuška
pláštěnka
sandály
obuv na lezení
pevnější sportovní obuv na výlety
Čepice či šátek na hlavu.
Letos se soustředíme na výcedélkové lezení a dlouhé cesty v okolí skal u Kohoutova mlýna a první pomoc s trochou teorie a praxe.
Končit budeme pravděpodobně na letišti v Kolíně
